Cipher was an open, three dimensional matrix of stairways and passages, nearly filling the volume of the SCI-Arc gallery. The project functioned as both public and performance space. In addition to impromptu use by the SCI-Arc community, the project was a venue for a performance by the 25 piece Line-Space-Line musical consortium and a site specific dance by choreographer Anita Pace.
